Happy Easter Sunday!  I’ve been spending the past few weekends of our shelter-in-place working on mini home projects and yesterday, I decided our kitchen space definitely needed some sprucing up to get into the Easter mood.  I’m crossing my fingers that the rain shower forecast will hold off long enough this morning that we can do a mini backyard egg hunt and of course, we’ll be following it up with some delicious brunch!  I dressed up our little breakfast nook with some of my favorite spring foliage and had so much fun finishing the tablescape with tableware from MacKenzie-Childs!

If you’ve followed me for awhile, you may remember that last fall I was able to spend a day with the MacKenzie-Childs team during their trip down to Dallas.  That experience is one that I’ll never forget and I just love everything that the brand represents:  creativity, whimsy, and an excitement for the everyday.  Every piece is uniquely made by artisans, and having a piece of MacKenzie-Childs is like having a piece of that joy in your home (see my previous posts featuring MacKenzie-Childs).  I have so much love for this brand and it’s no wonder how MacKenzie-Childs has built up such an incredibly strong and loyal following!

MacKenzie-Childs sales are extremely rare, and this one is actually coming to an end in a couple days on April 14.  Read on to see how I’m updating our space with MacKenzie-Childs for spring and see what else I’m personally shopping from the sale!

Since our Easter gathering is a small one this year with just immediate family, I figured we would  keep it casual and just add a few spring touches to our everyday dining table.  I love bringing in a bit of nature to the dining table so this faux eucalyptus garland was the perfect centerpiece runner.  Table settings included pieces from the MacKenzie-Childs Sweetbriar collection and the clean white color is the perfect backdrop against the more colorful spring tones!

The MacKenzie-Childs Sweetbriar collection is full of beautiful details against the white backdrop including scalloped edges, a checkered grid, and even subtle floral designs.  It’s stunning yet simple; perfect for everyday use yet also elegant for those special occasions!

MC Sweetbriar Vase – on sale! | similar bunny figurines (similar)

This MacKenzie-Childs Sweetbriar vase is a favorite and if there’s one thing you buy from the sale, this is it!!  I use this vase as our dining table centerpiece every day, and it just brings so much happiness to our small kitchen space (especially with the cheerful tulips!).
