x | Walk, take a bike or use public transport to get to places.

x | Stop using your hairdryer, let your hair dry naturally.

x | Disable screensavers to lessen energy consumption.

x | Save paper by hosting meetings with emailed documents or on-screen presentations.

x | Do not use your tumble dryer and hang clothes out instead.

x | Waste less water, take shower showers.

x | Swap plastic bags for reusable ones.

x | Always have a reusable water bottle with you.

x | Make your own beauty/self-care products out of everyday ingredients.

x | Buy your clothes second hand from charity shops.

x | Print both sides of the paper in black ink when necessary.

x | Plant a tree.

x | Fix things instead of throwing them away and buying new.

x | Shut down your computer and unplug your charger every day.

x | Switch to energy-saving light bulbs.

x | Reduce your food waste by keeping leftover food for lunches.

x | Use your recycling bin (if you don't have one request one from your local council).

x | Buy groceries and essential supplies online (delivery trucks produce less carbon dioxide than personal vehicles).

x | Keep locally-made snacks handly to reduce your carbon footprint.
